Honeybush 300mg
Black tea 600mg
Green tea 400mg
Peppermint leaves 80mg
Dandelion root cut 20mg
Senna pods 50mg
Add 1 teabag to a cup of boiling water and leave to steep for between 2-5 minutes.
Drink 1 cup three times a day. Do not drink after 4 pm due to caffeine contents.
