Per 5mls (dose)
Sekret antioxidant blend 100mg
Green tea extract 200mg
Garcinia cambogia extract (Hydroxycitric acid – HCA) 300mg
Ginger root powder 30mg
Guarana extract 20mg
Other ingredients: Water, Citric acid, Malic acid, flavouring (raspberry), Sodium citrate, Sweetener (Sucralose/Acesulfame K), preservatives
Dosage and Directions for Use:
Take 1 teaspoon (5 ml) in half a glass of water three times daily.
Do not take later than 4pm due to caffeine content.
SHAKE WELL BEFORE USE.

I like the products but because I do not like taking medication 3 times a day. I tend to forget to take the syrup.
The Tea and Syrup taste are amazing, the products keep my energy high and i have less cravings now.
